Management of Procurement Contracts

Very interested in procedures, policies, techniques that other companies use to manage the process of contracting for IT services and equipment, including deciding at what stage to call in legal, who maintains the documents, how amendment/renewal processes are handled, assigned roles for tech/legal/operations/other in RFP/RFI processes, etc.
