managewise 2.6 desktop remote control sl

Using the desktop manager of mw2.6 on a NT ManageWise Console, taking remote control of a ws configured for using agent9x, is pretty slow – delays of about 1 sec between when clicking on the controlling station what you click on the controlled station. What I’m trying to say here is that defending MW remote control to other it-depts is not going to be accepted, if it’s this slow (compared to VNC, which is much faster). I tried changing the options – control options – performance: force 16 colorviewing – suppress bitmaps – accelerated mode, but changing these settings do not have any effect at all, I still see more than 16 colors, so apparently the changes are not effective. Any idea here?
