I would welcome advice on how to appraise an IT project, perhaps a list of areas/criteria to consider. I am a fund accountant and have been asked to appraise the IT project team. We have migrated data from one accounting system to another. We have had a lot of problems with the set-up and configuration of the new system and communicating with a distant migration team. Are there common operational problems encountered?
