Mandatory Network Saving

Does anyone have any suggestions, or software that enforces users of Windows9X,2000,NT to save to their personal network folder? It is already regulr policy to not be responsible for loss of document data on the local hard drive….I am just wondering how others have tackled this problem of getting users to SAVE and PUSH all sensitive and important documents to a network folder that has already been set up in their name.
