Mandatory Roaming User Profiles in Windwos 2003 for Win XP users

Sir i discussed this with you and you answer me, but this does’nt work. My server name is SPSERVER, Profile folder is PROFILES.
I wrote Profile path
\\SPSERVER\PROFILES
is this correct or wrong. please give me step by step configuration.
user name is STUDENT.
