Manual removal of Cisco vpn 4.6.3

My laptop had a copy of cisco vpn 4.6.3 software loaded on it, but the install did nto go well I tried removing using add remove programs, then manually running the uninstall program. Then removing the directories, but it still wont let me reinstall the dang software. Does anyone know of a clean up tool that I could use for this?
