Manual’s for hardware devices

I have a Gateway ALR 7200 SERVER mother board
whis I just purchased and it came without any manuals. I NEED A MANUAL for this mother board. I have gone to the Gateway web site with no avail for my problem.

My problem is that when I turn on the system nothing shoes up on the monitor. (Blank Screen)
