many NT domains, 1 web server

right now we have 110 NT domains spread out in a WAN. each has it’s own IIS 4 running and is administered at it’s respective site.

the goal is, 1 big win2K web server (or NLB set up) at HQ to host 110 ‘virtual sites’. IP’s are no problem because they could all be remapped and DNS is all set as it is. my main, first question is, how do we set things up so that the webmaster at each NT site, can connect easily and manage their own website with ease?
