Map printers to certain computer groups

Hello, I’m migrating to new W2k3 virtualized servers. I am moving files from the old file servers, then demoting these same servers and taking them offline. Since all of my users’ printer connections will break, what is the best method of re-creating them via Group Policy or scripts (or another method)? I’m a newbie with scripting, so please talk basics with me. Currently, each users’ print connection was manually created. I’d like to automate this, so they won’t tar & feather me when they can print.
