Mapped Drives are Disconnected at log on

I am having a issue with mapped drives disconnecting at log on. I have mapped the drives with static ip. I have also used the net sever config /autodiscoonect:-1 on both the clients and servers. I need the drives to never disconnect from the mapped drives. Can anyone help with this issue?
