Mapped Drives disconnect under certain profiles

I have an issue where under certain profiles on one box the mapped drives disconnect from the server. Using A.D. and GPO’s and it seems to happen to one group over the others. The wierd thing is they all have the same GPO applied to all the groups. Has anyone had this problem before or having this issue that can help me out?
