Mapped drives for wireless connected

I have a Netgear access point running WEP. I have a Acer tablet PC running XP Prof. Everything was running fine. User Syncs to network, gets e-mail from Exchange 2000 A.D. all mapped drives, user uses a login script for mapped drives (A.D. account). Now user cannot get mapped drives with this Acer Tablet PC. He gets an excellet wireless connection, internet access, can ping servers, can terminal into other computers. Can get mapped drives from other computers BUT NOT THIS WIRELESS ACER TABLET PC.
