Mapped Share Drive

Our Users are using windows vista and are working within a workgroup environment. Recently we?ve been getting a dialog box that has the following error message.
An error occurred while reconnecting T: to //Sea-Bel/FMNW server/from data drive 01-02-10//Shared
Microsoft Windows Network: The Specific server cannot perform the requested operation.
Has anyone encountered this scenario? If so do you happen to have the steps that fix this error?
