mapping network device

hello freinds

i am trying to connect a drive which is located on my other system

Its connecting well but when i restart the system, the network drive is getting disconnected and have to re-enter username and password always !!

is there any way i can fix this once in all so that it wont prompt for a password

system config is win XP pro sp2 and the system i am trying to connect is win 2000 server

and also would be glad to know so as how to give access to just one folder over the server drive

any suggestions would be of grt concern
