Mass E-mail Software

I have half a million email clients that we want to consider taking inhouse from a large orginization such as a mail.com or Hotmail. This needs to be an NT based software package. Creating the hardware array is not an issue as long as this software will work with a Fiber-Channel solution. If you need anymore information, please post an answer here and I will get back to you.
