Masters or job?

hello, i m a third year IT student.i have first class as far as marks r concened but i have come to know that very few companies actully come to my college for campus selection and the position and starting pay depends on the company and i expect to work with TCS,infosys etc with good payment. many of my friends r going for MS as it is dificult to get selected in such big companies and it’s not sure that such companies will come to my college for selection . i m confused . i don’t want to waste any time after my graduation so should i start studying for MS or do i have any chance to get to work with big companies just after my graduation as i won’t be having any experience?
