MBA with a concentration in MIS or MMIS?

I am currently seeking a career change and I am confused whether I should obtain an MBA with a concentration in MIS(which is only 3 extra classes )or a Master’s in Management Information Systems. I currently have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and have minimal experience in IT. Also, what would be the best way for me to obtain experience? I would like to find a mentor but they seem difficult to come by.
