MBR on Striped Volume

Can we install Windows 2003 Server, when we have converted the HDDs into a Striped Volume i.e. RAID 0. I am getting

“disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del”

message after creating a NTFS Partition created on the RAID-0 volume, after the System Files copied on to the HDD and the first restart happened.

Solution is greatly appreciated.
