Mcafee Virus protection

I have loaded the software on my PC but it will not install. I had to rebuild my PC because of some problems. When I tried to reload Mcaffe it would load but not install. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have already done everything Mcafee told me to do.
I am getting very frustated.
