Mdaemon & ISA server 2000

Dear All:

I have critical problem with Mdaemon & ISA server 2000. The problem is that when i Install ISA server with Integrated mode, Mdaemon block SMTP & POP3 services and i am unable to send/receive any mail. When i install mdaemon with cache mode, Mdaemon work properly. My requirement is Integrated mode so please give a advise how can i work Mdaemon with ISA Integrated mode.
