Memory not showing in ibm x366 server windows 2003 enterprise

Hi,
Ive installed 6gb ram in this server but im only seeing 3.25gb ram on the windows OS. AND Yes! i have added /PAE to the boot.ini file but it made no difference.
I’ve also edited bios and change memory setting to high performance rather than redundant setting

please help 🙁
