Merging two networks

Hello,

I just wanna ask regarding our network here cause currently we have two ISP’s and both are using cisco 2800 and we want to merge the two networks..
We wanted to share some files from the other network like sharing the 192.168.2.5 to 192.168.200.7

Could anybody help me?
