Messages in Outlook are not deleting or refreshing.

I have a user and when he deletes a message in his inbox, it doesn’t delete. But when he clicks somewhere else, ie changes folders it is gone. He is running Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007, and we do run a Blackberry Enterprise Server. I have wiped out his profile, reinstalled Office, even moved him to a different Exchange server, but with no luck. I should also state that this issue happens when he is logged on to a different pc as well. Telling me the problem is either Exchange or BES. Any suggestions?
