Micrograpfx picture publisher 10 problems

My picture publisher is messing up. I cannot open photos unless I use their album. I can say “Save” & it works, but if I say save as…
it freezes up. I don’t think it is the program & I have taken it off & reinstalled several times. I feel something in my computer is fighting it. HELP I love this program & rely on it at work. Sandi
