Microsoft Desktop Technician70-685

Hello everyone… I haven’t posted anything in awhile.. I finally was blessed with landing a job in my field as a Technical Analyst 1…… However i need you all help…
I’m studying the Microsoft 70-685 test.. which is Enterprise Desktop Professional… I used Test King and the self study book for the test….. I failed :(..
Any other suggestions, for studying material…… I’m really trying to pass the next go around…… Any suggestions are appreciated….
