Microsoft Dial-in Server and cable modem

I have a computer at home which has a cable modem to gain internet access. I also have a modem attached which when using MS Dial in server, allows people to dial in. This is fine, when people dial in they can ping the dial in server. My question is,what do you have to do to let the dial in clients gain access to the internet Via the cable modem?
