microsoft ECXEL help urgent

Please help

cell A1 to A5 has a text value and cell B1 to B5 has a number value, if cell B1 to B5 present a negative value how can i automatically transfer only the negative value to C row of sheet2 and also transfer the text that represent that negative value from A1 TO A5 to D1 TO D5 of sheet 2
