microsoft Exchange internet mail service

I can’t load or restart the above service.nor its information store service.
error message “could not start the inetrnet mail service..error 1608: the dependency service or group failed” and with the info store..microsoft exchange info store service returne specific error 4294966090…
I need urgent solution!.
