Microsoft Exchange Server and POP3

Hi –
We use to host our email with godaddy. We have now moved to Microsoft Exchange Server and still host with godaddy but goaddy fowards the emails to our Exchange Server (at least that is how I understand it to work). I want to set up POP3 in Outlook so that I can retrieve email there. I called godaddy first and they cant help. I was then told that you have to set up your Exchange Server to allow for POP access. Does anyone know anything about this, more specifically, how to set it up?
