Microsoft Exchange server failure – urge

I Received failure to load msexchange information store and internet mail services on my small business back office server.I recieve error messages when I restart both services .Link to ISP was ok.Msg..”unable to initialise exchange info store…error no 1206″ .Link to isp provider ok.I Need urgent solution to above
