Each time I open my Microsoft Outlook 2003, it prompts me to enter two fields: Microsoft Exchange Server:” and “Mailbox:”. I have no idea what this is or if I even have one. I set up my comcast account on 3 different computers with the same Microsoft Outlook 2003 and none of them required this Microsoft Exchange Server information. If I do not input any information in this field, it prompts an error and closes the application. Whereas, I have to re-open the applicaton again and it still prompts the same thing. We set up the other three computers about 3 years ago and this computer has always had outlook 2003 on it but we never set it up because we didn’t need to. Now I do not know where the installation disc is to re-install (with the possibility of that fixing the issue). What should I do?
