Microsoft Exchange Server vs Microsoft Remote Desktop

I work remotely with my assistant, Kylie, and I need her to deal with many of my enquiries, but I need to give my email address to my clients. I want Kylie to answer most of the enquiries and I realise that Microsoft Exchange Server can handle this, but can Remote Desktop do the job just as well?
