It’s a nice little article in which Microsoft Vice President Charney compares cyber-security to that of national healthcare (good comparison huh?). He also mentions that a Web usage fee is one way to subsidize efforts to combat emerging cyber-threats. Interesting article. Check it out.

edit: I forgot to mention that I personally think a Web usage tax is unwarranted.
