Microsoft Family Logon

Here’s the dilemma:
I have a PC that has Windows 98 Plus installed on it. It has suddenly started logging in to the profile of the last person to use the computer when it is rebooted instead of bringing you to the Microsoft Family Login screen and allowing you to choose who you want to log in as. My question is, how do I get it to go back to giving me the menu when it is booted?? I have tried reinstalling the Microsoft Family Login option in the Network Control Panel applet as well as removing the .pwl files for all users and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas?????
