microsoft .net framework

I think i accidentally downloaded the .net framework program back in nov. 2008. I am just a home user, not a developer or technician.
Can i safely delete these: “.net framework” 1.1,1.1 hotfix, 2.0.,3.0,3.5, 3.5 hotfix?
