Microsoft office 2000 Pro

Well I am new to Linux, but my questions are straight forward.
1. Can MS Office 2000 Professional work under RedHat Linux version 7, and are there any requirements (batches, switches, extra stuff…) for this option, if available?
2. What is the best and easy way to install Red hat Linux 7, and if there is a helping step by step site.
