Microsoft Outlook 2000 Printing Options

by jeffreymgeorge . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

Normally when I print an email it shows my account name at the top with the header information below that. I have some emails that, for some reason, when I print them do include this data and the first piece of information on the page is the first line of the email. I noticed that the encoding on these is Unicode (UTF-8) vs. US ASCII on the others. However, even after changing the encoding to US ASCII they still omit the email header info. Is there a way to get this to print the way I desire?
