Microsoft Outlook 2007 Error

Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents and Settings\User\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst Quit outlook and all mail enabled applications, and use the inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in file.

I get the above error when I try to delete any old mail. However I can delete any new mail that comes in.

Very strange!

I will see print help I guess, but if anyone has had this before and you figured it out let me know as well please.
