Microsoft QMgr

I recently installed ZoneAlarm on my PC and noticed that something called “Microsoft QMgr” tries to access the internet. I checked MSCONFIG in my PC at work and also noticed an entry for “LoadQM (loadqm.exe)”. I tried to find information from Microsoft, TechNet, and the Web about “loadqm.exe”, but with no luck. Does anybody have any information about what “loadqm.exe” does? Can you point me to the source of your information? Thanks! (Note: I recently installed Microsoft’s new “MSN Explorer” on both PC’s).
