Microsoft SBS 4.5. Internet connectivity

I have been running small SBS for a year. I have started to add the other componets. We recently got a DSL line for the internet and also for exchange server. I add a second nic to my server. When ever I install the drivers for this nic the no one sees the server. I have assigned the IP address and gateway that is given by my isp. I know i need to stop the wins service on the second nic but when I go to the properties I can not access it. Please help me in stoping the wins services and also be able to access the internet which I still cannot do.
