Microsoft SQL 2000 Server

I have microsofts sql 2000 standard edition already installed on a windows 2000 server. I need to have it configured to the following settings/protocols:

sort order – case insensitive

character sets – iso character set

locks – I need to setto 15000

How do I set these. If I set in enterprise manager, please tell me where. If I need to run a procedure, please show me script(s).Thank you.
