Microsoft Surface Pro in the Business Environment

An enthusiastic salesman recently gave one of the directors at my workplace an impressive presentation about the Microsoft Surface Pro, and the wonders it can do.

He then came back and he says “Why do we need to keep buying laptops when the world is going mobile? Lets consider Microsoft Surface tablets instead of laptops. May you write a paper on how we can implement this in the organization.”

Now… I have not used one yet.. I have only read a couple of reviews, which seem impressive, but I am not sure if this can be a direct replacement of a laptop in the business environment.

And by the way I have a paper to write, which will be used to make a decision for the company.

Any input? What do you guys thinks?
