microsoft wireless router on home network

Why would my microsoft wireless router stop recognizing any computers except the host one on my home network? I have reset and restored the settings on the router and checked my cable modem but it will not allow any of my computers to access the internet except the host one. It has been working for a long time without any problems. Help!
