Migrate Data from Windows2000 to Windows2003

I am going to be migrating data from 5 Windows 2000 Server to 1 Windows 2003. I want to keep permissions and on the directories. What command could I use. Also I found this software ViceVersa Pro 2. Anybody use this product before?
