Migrate from SQL server 2000 to SQL Server 2005

Hi,
I have an existing PROD server running SQL 2000 on Windows 2003 and SAN storage. I need to install SQL server 2005 on a new machine and migrate data from PROD machine.But all the databases system and user dbs are on a SAN storage (1TB). The new server will have to use the same SAN storage.

Any ideas how should I go about that?

Any help will be greatly appreciated
