Migrate Groupwise 5.5 Data to Exchange 2003

Hello we had some serious server problems at one of the offices I do some work for. The owner decided it was a good time to make some changes and purchased a new server and Windows small business server 2003 we had to do some interesting stuff but managed to save all of his data files and his groupwise post office files.

My question is, is it possible to migrate/convert that groupwise post office to Exchange without actually having groupwise installed? We still have the groupwise software but no netware server running. We basically need the data for archival purposes…to look up when they met with clients in the last 10 years.
