Migrate IIS 6.x to a new AD Domain

I need to move an IIS 6.x Dev web server to a new AD Domain. It has hundreds of sub-webs. Different developers. It uses Frontpage SE and SharePoint security group for developers to connect with. Those local groups have AD ID’s in them.
I have all those ID’s created on the new AD Domain.
The question is:
How can I move to that new AD Domain, Have SharePoint pickup the new Domain name, Site Name in Sharepoint, and get applied to NTFS on the appropriate folders?
