migrate to server 2003 from server 2000

My company has a Windows Server 2000 domain controller, and another Server with Exchange 2000, (also a Server 2000). We have to migrate the data and domain to these 2 Servers to brand new servers running Server 2003. Exchange 2000 will be moved to Exchange 2003. So I would like to know if any of you out there know of a site that has a guide, or if you’ve gone through this yourself. If you can help me out that would be great.

I need the server 2003 to be the new domain controller, and retain the shared folder structure that we have, and how best to move over the exchange data to the new server.
