Migrate Win2000 domain SVR to new PC

I am currently want to migrate one of windows 2000 domain server to a new machine. This server has built trust relationship with others NT 4.0 domain servers and there is not AD installed on this windows 2000 server.
My question is: How can I migrate all the user accounts and profiles from old server to new server ? Is there any similar concept like NT 4.0 PDC and BDC ?
