Migrate workstations to new Active Directory Domain and Shares?

We will be rebuilding a Windows SBS domain and changing both the domain name and the name of the server used for sharing both printers and files.

What is the most efficient way to update the workstations to work with the new domain?
We can use USMT and Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to move user profiles, but the mapped printers, paths to network shares, etc. would still referencing the old shares and file paths would reference the old server name.

How can we automate updating all these paths without having to touch all these Windows workstations?
